The Museum of Light

Pucon, Chile
Unrealized work
2023

The Museum of Light is not a place to visit, but a perceptual condition.
It does not offer itself to the gaze: it precedes it.

The space welcomes without declaring.
The water holds the silence, the sky introduces variation, the light enters gradually, without ever imposing itself. Nothing happens in a narrative sense, yet perception shifts. The noise of the world remains outside, as if suspended.

The movement is slow, measured.
Every step generates an inner resonance, every shadow becomes presence. Experience does not require understanding, but permanence.

The Museum of Light does not assume a defined typology.
It's not a house, nor a temple, nor a garden. It's a space where categories dissolve and only the relationship between body, light, and time remains.

In this balance, silence is not subtraction, but restitution.
Light does not explain, does not guide, does not represent: it protects.
And the space becomes a place for listening, rather than for viewing.
